By Red I mean , Red colored food is good for everyone!!!!!!!!Yes   .
Red group of food contains many nutrients and antioxidants which help our body in different ways. To name a few of the nutrients are lycopene, ellagic acid, Quercetin and Hesperidin.
 These nutrients lessens the risk of prostate cancer, lower blood pressure, reduce tumor growth and LDL cholesterol levels

Quercetin, found in apples and many citrus fruits helps to reduce LDL cholesterol oxidation and also helps to build resistance against allergens and helps in respiratory problems.

Raspberries, strawberries, walnuts, pomegraenates have ellagic acid, which acts as anticarcinogenic and antioxidants. This nutrient decreases the rapid proliferative production of the cancer cells.

Oranges and other citrus fruits have the good vitamin C, which keeps our immune system strong; speeds wound healing, and promote strong muscles and joints.

Tomatoes contain a main ingredient called lycopene, which helps to relax the blood vessels and helps in the fight against erectile dysfunction and prostate health.  Tomatoes also contain potassium, which does great things for our hearts, and lowers blood pressure.
  A good reason to eat strawberries is that it provides minerals like folate and 210 mg of potassium which will help you to fight against heart disease, stroke and Alzheimer’s disease
Of all the red fruits, Watermelon has the highest concentration of lycopene, rich source of vitamin A and Vitamin C, Watermelon, which is 85% water ,high in Vitamin B, is a natural energy booster.  This fruit contains potassium and electrolytes, needed to maintain hormonal balance.  The antioxidant properties also help lessens the growth of plaque in the arteries, and lowers the chances of men developing colon and prostate cancer
Red grapes can be consumed as a fruit, as wine, juice or even spread on bread. Flavonoids found in red grapes are antioxidants, which benefit by activating enzymes that reduce the risk of some types of cancers, heart disease, and age-related degenerative diseases.

Red fruits are cherries, Blood oranges,
Cranberries, Guava, Papaya, Pomegranates and raspberries.
